We want you to be 100% satisfied with your Zayline purchase - so we've made our return and exchange process as seamless as possible. Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.  

Regular Priced Merchandise

  • Items in new condition (unworn/unwashed) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery. 
  • Refunds for returns will be processed upon delivery of your order to our warehouse to the original payment method. 
  • We don't accept returns and exchanges after 30 days- sorry!

Please Note:

  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. All merchandise must have all their original tags attached and must be in its original packaging.
  • Any item used or not in the original condition cannot be returned. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, please contact us here, and we'll make things right.
  • Zayline Inc. reserves the right to refuse any refunds that are not deemed re-sellable and may be returned to the sender. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:

  • Unfortunately, there are no refunds on any sale/marked down items (including items marked down 20% or more) 

• Items that are marked FINAL SALE may not be exchanged or returned 

  • Items marked EXCHANGE ONLY may only be exchanged for another item - no refunds or returns.
  •  Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the law requires them. Gift cards do not contain an expiration date and can be used at any time at participating Zayline locations or online at www.Zayline.com.


Online Orders

1. Head to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and the email address associated with the order.

2. Select the items and the reason why you're looking to return them.

3. Click Return Items.

4. You will then receive an email containing the prepaid label. Be sure to return the package within the 30-day window (30 days from the ship date)

Once your return package returns to our distribution center in Huntington Park, CA, you will be issued a refund or store credit, given that the items are in re-sellable condition. If you request a refund, you will be issued a refund for the item(s) plus applicable taxes - please note that shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.


Exchange is subject to product availability once the return arrives at our warehouse and is processed. Store credit will be issued if the requested stock is unavailable.

To avoid missing out on fast-selling products, we recommend purchasing the desired item(s) directly and opting for a Refund or Credit for the return.


If you receive a damaged/defective item, please reach out to info@zayline.com with your order number and a picture of the damage, and we will be happy to replace your item.
